He replaced my sewer line, both under the house and from the house to the road. All the work was done in one day and he left the area neat and clean when he was done. A few months later, we thought we might have a leak so he came back and ran a camera through the whole sewer line as well as visually checking everything under the house. Every time he's been to my house he's been professional, pleasant, and responsive. I highly recommend Purified Plumbing.

I have used Purified Plumbing a few times now. Once to check in on the water pressure at my house and another to fix a clogged drain in two separate sinks. Jared was always timely with his response and available quickly! He is always professional and courteous and very reasonably priced. Excellent service. Purified plumbing did an excellent job repairing some leaks for us on a couple short notice service requests. Very happy with the quality of the work. For one emergency repair they were at my house in less then 15 minutes. Definitely would recommend.

I called and spoke to the owner Jarred Redd on the phone, about some issues my family and I was having with our well. After calling other companies and being quoted ridiculous prices just to come look at what was wrong. He came out the very next day and did an assessment at no charge. He suggested I needed a new well pump soon , but still could get by with it. While he was at my house I went ahead and had him fix a toilet that would leak occasionally. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions confidently. I would highly recommend anyone needing any plumbing work done to give him a call. I will also be sharing his information on social media as I am very happy with his service! If I could give him more than 5 stars , I would.

Purified Plumbing did an excellent job for me. Kalston Redd relocated my water line suppling my refrigerator for my kitchen remodeling job. Due to the age of my home, some re-engineering was needed. Kalston had no problem solving my plumbing problem. I would recommend Kalston Redd and Purified Plumbing for any plumbing need.

Jarred had a cancellation so he called to see if he could come early which was great. He was very prompt, polite, knowledgeable. I think he worked fast. He arrived befored 8:30 assessed the problem left & got parts returned & fixed my pressure reducer valve and was gone by 11am. Wow!! Awesome

We had an issue with our water pump and on the worst of days Fourth of July weekend. We had been with no water for two days . No one was able to come out. The owner Jarred is a hero he came out July fourth and fixed the problem on site. We are extremely satisfied with their services. 12-9-2024 Purified Plumbing Services, Leasburg, N.C., is the very best. The owner Jarred Redd is the most punctual and caring business person I have ever dealt with. Late Saturday night recently I found out that I had no water in my house. Early Sunday morning I called Jarred, owner of Purified, and he said I will be there and shortly after that he showed up, checked my situation and said I had no water leaks but my well pump was dead. He said that he would be at my house early Monday morning to replace my well pump. Early Monday morning he called to inform me that he would be at my house in about 30 minutes and he showed up timely with his crew. Although it was rainy, his team worked diligently until my well pump was installed and working. He explained in detail what he had done and pointed out another issue that I should take care of as soon as possible that I was totally unaware of. We have worked with Jarred several times and have been very pleased with the work. Once when we had an emergency my wife called him and he quickly came over and fixed the problem. After getting three quotes we hired him again to install a water heater. He was the only one who took the time to measure our crawl space entrance finding current water heaters would not fit. He moved it from the crawl space to the garage where it was very accessible and for a great price.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This young man went out of his way to get my hot water heater working on New Years Eve when it was not even a plumbing issue. He stayed until I could get an electrician here to fix that end. Again. Did not have to. Went WAY out of his way to help very personable . Very respectful. I will definitely call him in the future.
